Lady Matchmaster and Max Atom

Perhaps this got prompted by 's question about the power levels of some of my characters, plus I was wondering what Max Atom will be up to now that he has arrived in the BEHOLDERverse with all its connected worlds.

Lady Matchmaster, claiming to be a Countess "from Europe", uses her low-level super-powers and connections to the super-community in a special way: She arranges dates and marriages by matching the right character traits as well as power sets.

Now that Max Atom is trying to adjust to a new world, and he's considering Matchmaster's services. For his particular situation, being the strongest, most powerful hero from Earth-K, for reasons of prestige, and health reasons of the potential mate, only the most powerful were considered in this first round of brainstorming, alongside some special cases who could withstand his passions. Mr. Atom seems intrigued at meeting some of these ladies…

Power levels are an interesting thing, in my teenage comic reading years I was obsessed with list that was published, stating the levels of the most famous characters. Of course, it also boxes you in and I don't like over-defining things as it can stifle the imagination of both creator and reader.

But here are some thoughts–
Centennia is the Most Powerful Hero of the Beholderverse, I guess that would make her my super-man stand in. However, Max Atom is not from earth, so I leave open the direct comparison of their strength. He is in her league, alongside Captain Perfect, as well as Section P's Rhys and Jeanette, and perhaps xailenrath's Wonder Warrior and Valor Girl (and Elder Statesman), and Pyjverse's Lash'ira and Ultimate Power. Level 5

Armagedda and Lady Wyvern are not from earth and are not heroes, so I could make them stronger than even Centennia, which would make them the strongest on this list. Armagedda certainly fits the bill, having incredible cosmic powers as well. Level 5+

Liath lost to Dark Centennia in a direct stand-off, so she could be in their league, or on a three quarters level. Miss Power of the Young Protectors is a blank page– she does insist she is the daughter of legendary Michael Powers with all his abilities, but none of the Young Protectors seem to have super-powers. I would group her with Liath, alongside Max' daughter Anna Atom. Level 4

Terry Tornado was conceived as a mid-level super powered being, inspired by the likes of Doc Samson. Powerful, but no Hulk. The Human Tree could be somewhere here, too. Perhaps Big Red, too? Level 3

The wild-cards on Lady Matchmaster's list are Kate Five and the vampire Lori. While their strength is not quite on par, they have a lot of stamina and endurance, and only little vulnerability. And their strength is still super-human. Kate has proven she can give Centennia… a run for her money, as has Lori's mate Marcus. Level 2

I would save level 1 for Big Bad Wolf and the likes, with super-human strength, but not quite super-hero level. Perhaps this is where we find Burst Lion, unless that's too low

Well don't tie me down to this, but it was fun to brainstorm! Thoughts welcome.
